Customer Agent / Energy supplier

Your tasks

  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries on topics such as electricity, gas, heating costs and other energy services
  • Advice and support with tariff changes, contract inquiries and billing issues
  • Processing faults and technical problems in the energy supply
  • Clarification of billing and meter reading issues
  • Support with setting up and changing contracts and payment procedures
  • Maintaining and updating customer data in our system
  • Providing information about sustainable energy solutions and offers
  • Supporting the implementation of energy efficiency projects and advising on environmentally friendly energy options
  • Documenting all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system
  • Working closely with the sales, technology and accounting departments

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in customer service, ideally in the energy supply sector or a similar sector
  • Very good communication skills and a service-oriented manner
  • Interest in topics relating to energy, sustainability and innovative energy solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good organizational skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage

Non Voice / Backoffice

Your tasks

  • Processing customer inquiries and concerns via various channels such as email, chat or social media
  • Carrying out data maintenance and updating customer information in our system
  • Clarifying and processing complaints, cancellations, rebookings and other administrative tasks
  • Analyzing and solving customer problems in the back office without direct contact on the phone
  • Ensuring quality and precision in the processing of all inquiries
  • Working closely with other departments (e.g. technology, sales and accounting)
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of FAQ documents and instructions for customers
  • Carrying out quality controls and reporting processes for continuous improvement

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in customer service or back office is an advantage
  • Very good written communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor
  • High degree of accuracy and diligence when processing inquiries and data
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

  • Clarifying billing questions, incoming payments and discrepancies
  • Assisting with the administration and maintenance of customer data
  • Processing chargebacks, credit notes and payment agreements
  • Professional communication and advice by phone and email
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through solution-oriented processing of inquiries
  • Working closely with the Finance, Customer Service and IT departments to ensure smooth processes

Your profile

  • Completed training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in customer service, preferably in the area of billing/accounting
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Team spirit and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
  • Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with accounting software
  • Native knowledge of written and spoken German

Technical helpdesk

Your tasks

  • Receiving and processing technical inquiries from our customers by telephone, e-mail or other communication channels
  • Supporting customers in solving faults and technical problems in the area of telecommunications (e.g. Internet, telephony, TV)
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults and providing troubleshooting instructions
  • Carrying out technical system tests and checking connection settings
  • Support in setting up telecommunications services and devices
  • Documenting inquiries and solutions in our ticket system
  • Collaborating with other specialist departments, e.g. technology and network technicians, to solve complex problems
  • Advising customers on our products and services and helping them to select suitable solutions
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly communication

Your profile

  • Completed training in IT, telecommunications or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in technical support or helpdesk, ideally in the telecommunications sector
  • Very good knowledge of network technologies, internet protocols, router configuration and fault diagnosis
  • Technical understanding of telecommunications products (Internet, VoIP, TV services)
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented way of working
  • Customer orientation and a high degree of patience and empathy
  • Ability to explain even complex technical issues in an understandable way
  • Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage

Do I necessarily have to speak German?

Yes, you must, and not only speak but also write at C2 level. We, as well as our clients, attach great importance to this.

We have branches in Slovakia, Spain and Brazil. You are bound to the respective country by your employment contract, but can work there without any restrictions.

If you have no previous sales experience but are motivated and enthusiastic, we will be happy to help you achieve your goals with our in-house sales coaches.

Confident handling of common office software applications (MS Office) and ideally experience with CRM systems.

The duration of the training depends on the project and can be between 2-4 weeks.

We always adhere to the service times of our clients when it comes to scheduling working hours. Your working hours are therefore fixed in order to cover them perfectly.

If you like, you can work 100% from home. However, you are also always welcome to visit the offices of the respective branches, which you are free to decide.
