Your tasks
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries on topics such as electricity, gas, heating costs and other energy services
- Advice and support with tariff changes, contract inquiries and billing issues
- Processing faults and technical problems in the energy supply
- Clarification of billing and meter reading issues
- Support with setting up and changing contracts and payment procedures
- Maintaining and updating customer data in our system
- Providing information about sustainable energy solutions and offers
- Supporting the implementation of energy efficiency projects and advising on environmentally friendly energy options
- Documenting all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system
- Working closely with the sales, technology and accounting departments
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in customer service, ideally in the energy supply sector or a similar sector
- Very good communication skills and a service-oriented manner
- Interest in topics relating to energy, sustainability and innovative energy solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and good organizational skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
- Native knowledge of spoken and written German
