Customer Agent / Energy supplier
Your tasks
Receiving and processing customer inquiries on topics such as electricity, gas, heating costs and other energy services
Advice and support with tariff changes, contract inquiries and billing issues
Processing faults and technical problems in the energy supply
Clarification of billing and meter reading issues
Support with setting up and changing contracts and payment procedures
Maintaining and updating customer data in our system
Providing information about sustainable energy solutions and offers
Supporting the implementation of energy efficiency projects and advising on environmentally friendly energy options
Documenting all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system
Working closely with the sales, technology and accounting departments
Your profile
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in customer service, ideally in the energy supply sector or a similar sector
Very good communication skills and a service-oriented manner
Interest in topics relating to energy, sustainability and innovative energy solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and good organizational skills
Independent and structured way of working
Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
Yes, you must, and not only speak but also write at C2 level. We, as well as our clients, attach great importance to this.
Where can I work from?
We have branches in Slovakia, Spain and Brazil. You are bound to the respective country by your employment contract, but can work there without any restrictions.
Do I need sales experience?
If you have no previous sales experience but are motivated and enthusiastic, we will be happy to help you achieve your goals with our in-house sales coaches.
What technical skills do I need?
Confident handling of common office software applications (MS Office) and ideally experience with CRM systems.
How long does the training for new employees take?
The duration of the training depends on the project and can be between 2-4 weeks.
Can I organize my working hours freely?
We always adhere to the service times of our clients when it comes to scheduling working hours. Your working hours are therefore fixed in order to cover them perfectly.
Can I work from home?
If you like, you can work 100% from home. However, you are also always welcome to visit the offices of the respective branches, which you are free to decide.
